Tour prices are per person and include all expenses except gratuity for your tour guide, which you may add at your discretion.
Tulsa Tasting Tours, LLC requires full payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a tour is booked.
Guests may reschedule to another available tour date if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by providing us with their name at least 24 hours prior to the tour.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of payment.
Tulsa Tasting Tours operates rain or shine. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, guests will receive a full credit to rebook on a future date.
